ROP Beach Run! (10 Miler)
The Delaware shoreline trails are gorgeous to run in. From the boardwalk, through a pond, into the deep woods, and back again, this 10 miler is a real treat to run.
DC National Mall Run / Stroll
We’re meeting at the Simon Bolivar Statue in DC. It’s a great spot to find plenty of free parking and an awesome spot to begin a run.
We’ll start with stretches by the statue and then hit the road running (with me) or on a jog/stroll with Nissy.

10 K on Purpose
Let’s run this 10 K on purpose. That is 6.2 miles to be exact. We can do it!
RSVP below. Get some friend to join. Put on your best workout gear. Bring your running masks and water. Put on a smile. We’ll learn some good stretch and pre-run routines. We’ll learn good running posture and breathing techniques to help us complete the run with a smile. We’ll also make sue to have some good motivation to keep us going after the run.
