Let’s run this 10 K on purpose. That is 6.2 miles to be exact. We can do it!
RSVP below. Get some friend to join. Put on your best workout gear. Bring your running masks and water. Put on a smile. We’ll learn some good stretch and pre-run routines. We’ll learn good running posture and breathing techniques to help us complete the run with a smile. We’ll also make sue to have some good motivation to keep us going after the run.
