This is a long one. So bring the foam rollers (or you can borrow mine), the run tape, the water packs and lots and lots of nutrition. We’ll start from the Rehoboth board walk, run through the marsh lands of Gordon’s Pond and hit the turn around point at Lewes Beach.

Why We Run.

Every run has a purpose. Not just to better ourselves but to better our world by bringing attention and awareness to things in our community and society as a whole.

The Purpose.

The purpose for this run is to bring attention to the justice we want to see for Breonna Taylor. Since March 13th, people around the country has demanded the justice be served to the murderers of Breonna Taylor - we are still waiting - and we are still demanding. #roprunforbre
