We'll learn how to run your best run from start to finish at your pace. We'll build on our progress together to become better and stronger runners to run longer and faster.

From pre-run routines, best run techniques, refreshing cool downs, and most importantly motivating and inspiring Christ centered meditation - all to help you become a better runner on purpose.
